Tie-Die is a member of the Evil League of Evil. Her costume consists of a paisley jumpsuit, a "peace" necklace, a leather headband decorated with beads, feathers and turquoise, and a silver mask. She claims that her identity was formed from a chemical reaction when she was mixing patchouli and ylang-ylang oils at the Saturday Markets. She now has an unbearable hatred of happy people.
